What we collect
When you send an inquiry: its type (investor, founder, partner, or media and general), your name, business email, organization, a deck or concept link if you add one, and your message.
When you sign up for updates: your email address, and the consent you gave and when.
With either form: the country your connection comes from and your browser type, which help us keep the forms free of spam.
Why we use it
To read and answer your inquiry, to send the updates you asked for, and to protect the forms from spam and abuse. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who handles it
The YVL team. Cloudflare hosts this website, stores what you send through the forms, delivers inquiries to our inbox and runs the spam check. Google Workspace provides our email. These providers handle your information only to provide their services to us.
Your information may therefore be processed outside your country, including outside the UAE and Canada.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for up to two years after our last contact with you. Sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to hello@yvlcapital.com. You can unsubscribe from updates at any time, by the link in any update we send or by writing to us.
You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies that protect the site and its forms from abuse.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
